Refund policy
Amp’d Up.Co offers a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition in which they were received—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@ampdup.co. Returns must be requested before sending any items back. Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@ampdup.co so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we also do not accept returns on items that have been worn or used. If you have questions about whether a specific item qualifies for return, please contact us before placing your order.
Donations
All donations made to Amp’d Up.Co are final and non-refundable. Donations directly support amputees by helping fund prosthetic co-pays, fittings, repairs, and essential medical supplies. Because donations are immediately allocated toward mission-driven support, they cannot be returned or refunded.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item following the return process outlined above. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
