Please note that this policy applies to physical product purchases only. Donations made to Amp’d Up.Co do not involve shipping.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is successfully completed. Processing times may vary during periods of high order volume, holidays, or promotional events.

Once your order has been processed and prepared for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.

Shipping Rates and Methods

Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and order size.

We reserve the right to modify shipping rates, carriers, and delivery methods at any time without prior notice.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Estimated delivery windows depend on your location, the shipping method selected at checkout, and carrier performance.

Amp’d Up.Co is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or events outside our reasonable control.

Domestic and International Shipping

We currently offer shipping within the United States and may offer international shipping to select destinations.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

When available, tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update after receiving your shipment confirmation email.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Amp’d Up.Co is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Amp’d Up.Co is not liable for lost or delayed shipments once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier. However, if your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us promptly so we can assist.

Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for products pass to the customer upon delivery of the order to the shipping carrier.
